In her work, Liz Greene does not see the "seven deadly sins" as a church prohibition or moral condemnation, but as internal blockages of creative energy.

Sins are not something external that is imposed on us, but unconscious patterns that hold back the life force. Every sin carries within it the potential of transformation - when it becomes conscious, it turns into a virtue and a creative gift.

Seven sins and their psychological nature Envy
The unconscious feeling that something is missing in us. It can destroy relationships and personal integrity because we are constantly looking at others. Transformation: discovering authenticity and one's inner wealth.

Gluttony
It's not just about food and drink, it's about trying to "swallow life". It arises from a feeling of inner emptiness. Transformation: opens up inner aspiration – the search for meaning and expansion of consciousness.

Anger
Uncontrolled energy that destroys. In the background is a feeling of helplessness and invisibility. Transformation: turns into courage and affirmation of one's own self.

Arrogance
Self-centeredness and identification with the "mask". It occurs when the inner "I" is insecure and seeks confirmation from the outside. Transformation: Brings self-love and authentic self-esteem.

Lust
Turning sexual or aesthetic energy into addiction. At the bottom lies the longing for life alone. Transformation: reveals inner beauty, joy and ecstasy.

Deception
Manipulation, lying, avoiding reality. It is often an unconscious ego protection mechanism. Transformation: gives birth to wisdom and ethical flexibility, the ability to see beyond illusions.

Sloth (Acedia)
Not only physical sluggishness, but spiritual apathy and indifference. It appears when a person loses connection with his own goal. Transformation: leads to serenity and acceptance of life's rhythms.

Seven Seals in Astrology - Origin, Meaning and Inner Path
The term "seven seals" in astrology and esoteric traditions does not come from technical astrology, but from mystical and symbolic teachings.

The roots go back to Hellenic-Gnostic and Hermetic philosophy, where the seven classical planets were understood as "spheres" or cosmic guardians through which the soul passes.

In Poimandres and other hermetic writings, each of these spheres gives man a certain power, but also binds him to the material world; liberation means "opening the seal" and returning to the divine.

Later, in the Christian tradition, the motif appeared in the "Revelation of John" where the opening of the seven seals brings visions and revelations. Esoteric interpretations brought these two worlds together: biblical symbolism and planetary cosmology.

In medieval Judeo-Islamic practices, the "seven seals" became a series of sacred signs in amulets, while Renaissance occultists (eg Agrippa) developed planetary "sigils" as practical talismans.

In the modern age, James Morgan Pryse read through Theosophy the seven seals as inner chakras associated with the planets, while Rudolf Steiner developed the iconography of "apocalyptic seals" as symbols of cosmic and human evolutionary stages. Through all these traditions, the number seven remains a symbol of wholeness, cycle and spiritual path.

Seven seals as seven planets - inner keys
In the astrological-esoteric sense, the seven seals are associated with the seven traditional planets. Each seal represents a level of consciousness and a challenge that must be opened and overcome:

Moon - First seal
Represents instinct, emotions and subconscious. Opening this seal means facing inner fears and karmic memories.

Venus - Third Seal
Symbolizes love, attraction and desire. Its opening brings an understanding of the difference between fleeting desires and lasting, spiritual love.

Sun - Fourth Seal
Represents identity and inner light. Opening this seal means finding your own purpose and awakening your life force.

Mars – Fifth Seal
Planet of will, struggle and discipline. It opens when a person masters his own impulses and transforms the energy of conflict into the power of inner courage.

Jupiter - The Sixth Seal
Symbol of wisdom, expansion and meaning. Its opening opens the view to higher knowledge, moral laws and universal order.

Saturn - The Seventh Seal
The planet of time, law and karma. The last seal brings a confrontation with the limits of the material world and the opening of the door to transcendence.

1. Pride (Superbia / Pride) - Sun
